In 2016, Carlos Morales Hachero filed a legal claim against the Residents Association for an alleged debt derived from expenses that he claimed to have incurred during the 2013 summer fiesta on behalf of this Association.
The Association never sanctioned these expenses, as our committe had never agreed payment to Carlos Morales for that fiesta.
Finally, on September 9 2021 a judgment was handed down by the court in Ayamonte dismissing the claim and imposing the costs of the trial on Mr. Morales.
Because the sum claimed was below 2000 Euros there can be no appeal against this ruling.
