1. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting.
All attendees declare that they know the minutes of the meeting of the Board of Directors held on March 12, 2021 and they are unanimously approved by the attendees.
2. Report of the President
The President comments on the field of menhirs discovered in the territory of Puente Esuri and towards Villablanca, which is said to be the largest in Europe, and whose knowledge we should spread among the neighbors. As well as the fenced graves on the grounds of the west golf course in a state of abandonment. Both issues can be of tourist interest either to organize visits or for the City Council to give them adequate relevance.
She also comments that it is necessary to decide what measures we are going to take regarding the bus request.
A letter is proposed to the Mayor, in view of the fact that after almost two years in the Ayamonte government, not a single claim that the Association raised them has been addressed. It is approved unanimously.
3. Social Activities
There have been no participants in the contests that we have organized for children during Holy Week.
Ms. Cortegada comments that this is an indication that we are not able to spread our messages adequately, that they do not reach the neighbors, or that there is apathy and lack of enthusiasm in our urbanization.
The Vice President points out the Covid and the isolation it has caused as one of the reasons. And the lack of a social venue.
Various actions are planned, such as contacting all residential complexes and putting up a billboard. You have to think and for the next meeting propose concrete procedures to reach people.
4. Transparency Council.
The EUC Council had twenty business days to respond to the request for information that we made on February 22. This deadline was met on March 24.
The possibility of making a claim to the Transparency Council of the Junta de Andalucía is raised so that it can decide whether it is appropriate for this information to be provided or not, deliberating on the text of the possible letter to the Council.
The President states that she regrets having to take this step. That she expected the EUC Council to respond to our request, even if it was to say that our claim could not be given or argued in any way. Those attending the meeting share this sentiment, stating that it is the lack of response from the Governing Council that forces us to continue with the procedure, that we were confident that it was not necessary but that they have left us no other alternative.
Those attending the meeting unanimously approved both the claim and the letter to the Andalusian Transparency Council.
The President thanked those present for their attendance and closed the meeting at 8:45 p.m.
