There will always be a pharmacist attending, as well as other personnel, and they will be able to attend in English, Portuguese and German, in addition to Spanish, of course.
The shop will function as a normal pharmacy that depends administratively on the Pharmacy on calle Real de Ayamonte (Cristóbal Colón nº 14).
In addition to dispensing medications, blood pressure will be taken and injections will be given, as a registered nurse will provide the service when necessary, Covid tests will also be carried out. First aid for minor accidents will be attended whenever possible.
We can collect prescription drugs electronically and in traditional paper format.
And since the staff are adequately qualified and experienced enough, they will guide us in many aspects of our health. They may even be able to do simple quick-check analytical tests.
We will also have a so-called personalized dosing system (SPD) for people who have problems with compliance in taking medications for various reasons. Likewise, pharmacotherapeutic follow-up will be attended and carried out in continuous communication with primary care physicians.
There will also be a system for collecting expired medicines and treatments that are no longer used due to different circumstances, the SIGRE container.
