“The walks must be for a distance not exceeding one kilometre????” Whaaaaat? So if you walk for 10 minutes, you’re stuck. You’ve done your kilometre! How do you get home? HA!

This means you have to stay within 1 kilometre of your address. If you look at the Spanish blog you will find the official govt.notice, article 2 section 4 states (according to google translate)

“The walks will be made with a distance not exceeding a kilometer with respect to the address. This limitation will not be applicable to the non-professional practice of any individual sport, being allowed within the municipality where it is resided”.
