As we reported at the time, given the EUC Council’s refusal to publish data of interest to owners, in April 2021 the Neighborhood Association filed a claim with the Andalusian Transparency Council.

On February 3, 2022, the Transparency Council  resolved this claim in the following terms:

“First. To estimate the claim filed by the Residents Association of Costa Esuri La Luz, represented by Da. Nieves Gómez Rey, against the Costa Esuri Urban Conservation Entity, for denial of public information.

Second. Urge the Costa Esuri Urban Conservation Entity to carry out the actions provided for in the Fourth Legal Basis within a period of fifteen days from the day following the notification of this Resolution.

Third. Urge the aforementioned Entity to submit to this Council, within a period of fifteen days from the day after this Resolution is notified, the actions carried out, including the accreditation of the result of the notifications made. “

The information that the EUC must provide to the Association, or publish on its website, and that we trust it will provide, within fifteen days, is the following:

A copy of the certification of registration in the Register of Urban Entities of Andalusia;

The number of owners who for each of the years 2018, 2019 and 2020 have paid amounts greater than five thousand euros for overdue installments;

Execution of the economic budget for the years 2018, 2019 and 2020;

Copies of the contracts in force between the Costa Esuri Urban Conservation Entity and the companies Confort y Servicios Mar y Golf, S.L. and MR Management Madrid, S.L.

The full text of the Resolution is available to any member of the Association upon request.
