We have received a Resolution from the Transparency Council of Andalucia in relation to our claim for information that the EUC must make public.
As a result of this claim, the Entity’s Register is published today on the website www.euccostaesuri.com in the Register of Collaborating Urban Entities dated October 9, 2008.
The two current contracts (maintenance and administration) are listed on the website. The Transparency Council does not have the power to know whether the information published is correct or not, so it does not enter into what is stated in our allegations, stating that what is published does not adjust to the form of award or to the periods indicated.
In any case, the content of these contracts has not been published, which we are going to request.
Finally, the number of owners who have paid more than €5,000 for late fees in the years 2018 to 2020, must be made available to the Association at the EUC headquarters, which we will verify as soon as possible.
