We remind all Community Presidents to attend this meeting on behalf of their neighbors who are up to date with the EUC. These owners have the right to be represented. Those Presidents who cannot attend must delegate their representation. If they do not do so, they are preventing neighbors who pay their dues from participating in the agreements of the General Assembly.
In this sense, the President must consult with his neighbors to vote on his behalf. This is the correct procedure, which despite the comments of the President of the Council in the letter that we published in another entry, we know that it is not done.
The members of the Board of Directors of the Association are available to carry the proxy representation of those individual owners or Presidents of Community who wish to give their delegation to us.
