The residents of Costa Esuri can no longer tolerate the mismanagement of our Urbanistic Entity and our quotas.
It is our indifference that allows this mismanagement.
It is time to act. It is time to defend our rights and our dignity. It is time to stop consenting, with our apathy, to this mismanagement. It is time to put an end to the lack of transparency and to accounts that are neither comprehensible nor give a true picture of the Entity’s financial situation. It is time to demand that they tell us how much and from whom they collect debts and what they do with the money. We must not allow them to continue to be unaccountable.
It is time for us to be able to exercise our right to vote with proper control and full transparency.
We trust the institutions, and that is why we want to go to them. If the EUC Council and the Town Hall fail to fulfil their obligations, we, the citizens and owners in Costa Esuri, can claim our rights in the Courts. This is normal in a democracy.
If the EUC Council does not comply with the Statutes, is not accountable, and if the Town Hall does not act as a guardianship body and does not respond to appeals, we need to go to court to restore the confidence of the owners and to achieve a respectful, transparent and efficient management of the Entidad Urbanística de Conservación Costa Esuri.
That is what we intend to do and that is why we are asking for your financial support.
If, as we hope, we obtain favourable rulings, all contributions will be scrupulously returned to those who have made them.
David and Susan, have also donated 100 euros. We wish to thank the CERA for all the hard work they are doing for the community. Let’s make them accountable to the residents.
Delighted to make a contribution. It’s long overdue that the EUC and the Town Hall are brought to account for their evasion and dissembling.
