The Minister of Health has announced that six of the eight provinces of Andalusia, including Huelva, will go to phase 2 on Monday, May 25. The exceptions are Granada and Malaga, which will remain in Phase 1.
The changes are listed below:
The hours for sports are extended, with the limit of the two time slots from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 19.00 to 20.00, which will remain reserved for people over 70 and for anyone at high risk in terms of Covid19. (this does not apply to Costa Esuri)
The number of people who can meet is increased to 15.
Bars and restaurants can open their interior spaces up to a third of their usual capacity.
Outdoor pools can open up to a maximum of 30% of their capacity. Capacity monitoring is required.
Shopping centers and department stores may open, excluding public areas that will remain closed.
The beaches can reopen to the public, but each city council can decide whether or not to swim. Ayamonte City Council is working against the clock to adapt them to the regulations and to be able to open them.
Outdoor wedding celebrations with up to 100 guests and 50 if it is a closed area.

Starting Thursday, May 21, the use of masks will be mandatory for all people over the age of six in all public areas or in closed spaces where it is not possible to respect the social distance of two meters.
There are exceptions to the new rule:
Children under the age of six.
People with respiratory problems that can be aggravated by its use.
When contraindicated for justified health reasons.
Dependent or disabled with behavioral changes that make its use unfeasible.
In activities by their very nature they are incompatible.
Force majeure or in a situation of need.
The fines that can be delivered for not wearing the mask range from € 600 to € 30,000. The law will remain in force during the state of emergency, but can be extended accordingly.
