The Costa Esuri RESIDENTS Association launches the rules for its first Monologue Contest in our Urbanization, on the occasion of the activities scheduled for the Easter holidays.
Rules:
1.- PARTICIPATION:Children and adolescents from 7 to 15 years old, neighbours of Costa Esuri, may participate, with prior authorisation from their parents or guardians sent by email to: Jakama131729@yahoo.es
2.- REGISTRATION:
Registration for the Contest will be made by email: Jakama131729@yahoo.es in Spanish and vicepresidentcera@gmail.com in English The following information must be included in said email:
Name and surname, age, email address, contact telephone number and a link or attached file with a recording of the performance with which you participate in the contest.
The performance must be sent through a link to any of the YouTube, Vimeo or similar platforms on which the video is posted.
The video that is sent must be of the same performance with which it is participated in the Contest. It must comply with the time set in the rules and must be complete, so that the Jury that will select the finalists can assess the entire performance.
Said Jury will not include anyone related to any contestants.
The organization assures all participants of the privacy of the videos. Prior notice will be required authorisation from parents or guardians to publish the videos of the winners of the contest in our media.
The deadline for submission will be at 00:00 hours on March 28, 2021.

3.- MONOLOGUE:
The monologue must be humorous and the subject will be free to choose.
The duration of the performance will be 10 to 15 minutes per participant.
Among other things, the originality of the monologue with which it participates will be valued in the selection of the finalists.
4.- FINALISTS:
The organization will make the selection of the monologues that are presented in the contest, choosing the monologues who will go to the final. The result of said selection will be communicated by e-mail to the participants on April 03, 2021.
The final will be held on the night of April 04, 2021. The winners of the three places will be communicated by email and telephone.
5.- JURY:
The jury will be made up of people related to the world of theater and members of the CERA Committee
The following aspects will be valued:
Rhythm, interpretation, stage presence, stage control.- Global impact: The feeling left by the monologue at the end.
6.- AWARDS:
First prize; surprise
Second prize; surprise
Third prize; surprise
7.- ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES:
Participation in the contest implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions described above as well as the decision of the Jury.
The organization of the contest reserves the right to be able to modify the rules or the dates, as well as to resolve any incident that may arise during its development.
The Costa Esuri Residents Association is not responsible for possible misuse of intellectual property by the participants, nor for claims for such cause in which the Association has not had any intervention.
