On July 28, 2022, the contentious-administrative appeal against the City Council and the Governing Council of the EUC was launched with the filing of a lawsuit before the Administrative Court of Huelva.
We would like to thank all the people whose contributions have made it possible to initiate this lawsuit.
As you know, this Association tried for a long time to avoid this process, unfortunately the continuous statutory violations of the Governing Council, with the consent of the City Council of Ayamonte, who are the guardianship body of our EUC, have left us no other way.
Now we have to wait for the judicial resolution. We will keep you informed of anything that arises during the development of this process.
